1. Acceptance of Terms & Premises Access

By entering The Grid Stop LLC premises, including driving onto site roads, parking in any marked or unmarked stall, plugging into any charging equipment, or using any on-site amenity, retail, restroom, or lounge area, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not enter or use the premises.

2. Vehicle Liability Disclaimer & At Own Risk Use

At Your Own Risk

All site access, parking, maneuvering, and charging activities are performed strictly at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Grid Stop LLC disclaims any and all liability for vehicle damage of any kind, including but not limited to scratches, scrapes, paint chips, door dings, body dents, bumper impacts, chipped or cracked glass, rim scuffs, sidewall tears, nails or punctures, and flat tires.

The Grid Stop LLC further disclaims liability for undercarriage, battery shield, or related structural strikes involving curbs, bollards, cable hardware, pedestals, wheel stops, elevated parking stops, or similar fixed objects within or around the premises.

The Grid Stop LLC is not liable for third-party collisions, theft, vandalism, loss of personal property, weather or environmental events, nor electrical, charging, software, firmware, network, telematics, or vehicle-side interoperability issues.

3. Charging Station Rules & Operator Duty of Care

  • Charging stalls are for actively charging vehicles only; non-charging occupancy may result in automated idle fees.
  • Use of unapproved adapters, altered connectors, or unauthorized extension hardware is prohibited.
  • Drivers must inspect connectors and cables before use and discontinue charging if visible defects, debris, or damage are found.
  • Drivers are financially responsible for equipment and site damage caused by negligence, misuse, or drive-off incidents while connected to charging infrastructure.

4. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Grid Stop LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from reckless vehicle operation, misuse of charging systems, property damage, personal injury, or any violation of these Terms & Conditions.

5. 24/7 Security & Video Surveillance

The Grid Stop LLC operates continuous 24/7 HD CCTV surveillance across charging plazas, retail areas, ingress/egress zones, and lounge spaces for safety, security, and operational compliance. By entering the premises, you consent to lawful audio/visual monitoring where permitted.

6. Government & Fleet Procurement

For eligible government and fleet accounts, executed Master Service Agreements (MSAs), procurement schedules, or agency-specific contract terms associated with SAM.gov and CAGE-registered purchasing may supersede conflicting portions of these public Terms & Conditions, solely to the extent expressly stated in such agreements.
